Paid Internship for Students at P&G in Malaysia in Sales 2020

P&G invites salesmen from all around the world to be a part of the Sales internship for 2020 which will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Sales Intern, you directly receive meaningful responsibilities as of day one. You are in charge of maintaining and fast-growing a long-term partnership with the company’s customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of product categories and markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with your customer.
2. Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
3. Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers, categories, and markets.
4. Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to your specific client.
5. Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.
6. Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customers and the internal teams.
7. You will receive responsibilities from Day 1 – You will start of working on key brands from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow.
8. You'll be recognized state of the art marketing skills – P&G will constantly help you improve your marketing knowledge and management abilities.

Qualifications:

1. You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than two years to graduate.
2. You are an excellent visionary, strategic and fearless leadership skills.
3. You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset, especially during issues.
4. You have the ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
5. You are English proficient (written and spoken).
6. You have the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
7. You take initiative and show flexibility.
8. Legally eligible to work in Malaysia.

Benefits:

There will be compensation available for interns, with the opportunity to work full-time after the internship is over.
