Opportunity description

Leaders of Tomorrow is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Intern living in Jordan to help in running our social media accounts, lead online campaigns, analyze engagement statistics, and introduce new users.

Job description:

You will run our social media platforms under supervision from the content team. This includes Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Your responsibilities include:

[1] Design and implement our strategies for interaction, reach, and media campaigns across social media platforms.

[2] Manage and publish original content on social media platforms.

[3] Prepare regular analysis reports on content performance across social media platforms.

[4] Prepare, and publish social media content according to the company's goals.

[5] Help manage social media advertising budget for maximum reach and impact.

[6] Interact professionally with individuals and organizations via the social media platforms, including partner organizations, users, and the general public.

[7] Maintain ongoing contact with users and organizational partners through social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

[8] Answer all user questions and inquiries submitted via social media platforms, and prepare a regular analysis of these inquiries.

[9] Share the company's news via social media platforms and other traditional media outlets.

[10] Assist in other tasks as assigned by management.

This internship is a 4-month training program. After the internship period, management will determine if the position will become permanent.

Qualifications:

[1] Degree in good standing from an accredited university in Mass Communication, media, or any related field.

[2] English and Arabic fluency.

[3] Work experience; 0-1 year relevant work experience is preferred.

[4] Familiarity with online tools and all social media platforms.

[5] Good writing skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.

[6] Friendly demeanor, focus on details, and professional attitude.

[7] Excellent at working as part of a team.
