Paid Summer Internship Opportunity in Korea for Undergraduate and Graduate Students 2019

GIST (Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology) offers a wonderful opportunity to experience research at the university by having them join a research lab for eight-weeks during the summer to receive valuable training and mentoring from the lab's professor. It will be an opportunity to help interns decide if pursuing an advanced degree at GIST is right for them while gaining valuable research experience.

Eligibility for Applicants

1. International Undergraduate Seniors or Master's Degree students.
2. A GPA of 3.0 or above.

Research Areas

The Global Intern Program is designed to provide knowledge and skills in the areas of:

1. Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
2. Materials Science and Engineering
3. Mechanical engineering
4. Environmental science and engineering
5. Life sciences
6. Physics and Chemistry
7. Biomedical Sciences and Engineering
8. Integrated Technology

Participants of the Program will be assigned to specific laboratories and receive their research training under the supervision of the professors in charge of the laboratories.
