Facebook offers students pursuing a PhD in applied physics or related STEM field, preferably focused in the characterization of III-V heterostructures, the chance to apply for the position of a Research Intern in III-V compound semiconductor materials & related devices at Facebook. Preferably, candidates should have more than a year experience in cathodoluminescence applied to semiconductor materials and the physics of semiconductor heterostructures. Interns will help Facebook develop efficient light emitting devices for the next generation of VR Displays.
