Social Media Manager Job Opportunity at ProVeg in Germany

We are looking for a talented social media manager to administer our German social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube). You will be responsible for creating original text and handling video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You take care of our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and engagement.

As a social media manager, you should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Ideally, you combine excellent communication skills with the necessary creativity to be able to express ProVeg International’s mission, vision, and all our output in an attractive and impactful manner.

Responsibilities:

[1] Designing and implementing a social media strategy to align with our aims.

[2] Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.

[3] Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).

[4] Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics.

[5] Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent messaging.

[6] Communicating with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner.

[7] Overseeing social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).

[8] Suggesting and implementing new features to develop popularity and engagement (such as promotions and competitions).

[9] Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Requirements:

[1] BSc degree in marketing or relevant field.

[2] Hands-on experience in content management.

[3] Excellent copywriting skills.

[4] Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

[5] Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.

[6] Knowledge of online marketing channels.

[7] Outstanding communication skills.

[8] Analytical and multitasking skills.

[9] Excellent command of both German and English in written and spoken form.
