Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the company's relationship with customers.
- Ensuring the smooth process of providing service to customers.
- Managing the work team to ensure the highest quality service is delivered.
- Constant and effective communication with the company’s clients and work team.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Selling skills: The ability to persuade customers to purchase additional services.

- Experience in creating content for social media.
- Experience in managing social media accounts.
- Experience in content marketing.
- Experience writing and editing blogs, articles, and other types of content.
