Forsa.com offers a practical training opportunity in content writing and search engine optimization (SEO) to join the team in Amman, Jordan.
Duties & responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on the internet to enrich the opportunities database with relevant content.
- Oversee the review of opportunities added by researchers.
- Edit written opportunity content to ensure it is free of grammatical and spelling errors.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of opportunity information.
- Understand and learn SEO principles, including how content is ranked and various ranking factors.
- Utilize best practices and strategies for SEO in content preparation and development.
- Strategically use keywords in the content to enhance search engine visibility.
- Assist the creative content and digital marketing team in proofreading, translating, and writing necessary texts and content for publication.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the content manager.
Eligibility criteria
- The applicant must be a resident of Jordan.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media, Translation and Languages, or any related field.
- Advanced writing skills in both Arabic and English, especially in creative writing.
- Advanced research skills on the internet.
- Strong translation skills from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Proficiency in using G-Suite, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
- Willingness to learn and adapt: The applicant will be trained in search engine optimization (SEO) skills, including understanding the latest developments in search engine algorithms and applying new best practices, enhancing their ability to learn and adapt quickly in this rapidly changing field.
- Precision in task performance and possessing attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
- Possessing multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
