Opportunity description

ABB is offering a job opportunity as a Customer Service Specialist in Turkey. The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for IAPI Solutions customers and business partners of the Process Automation, Process Industries in Istanbul; Turkey. Reporting to the Sales Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Process Automation team by reacting to customer inquiries.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Entering Project Planning to Sap, Opening Customer Orders Depending on the Project, Ordering Materials from SAP for the Project,
  • Customer definitions,
  • Sales of non-project materials, material definitions for the purchase and sale of materials from the project,
  • Follow-up of advance payments and invoice payments to suppliers,
  • Follow up of orders,
  • Experienced in preparing proposals and following the process,
  • Follow-up/control of customer payments within the scope of the project,
  • Arranging and tracking customer invoices,
  • Preparation of monthly sales order and invoice and other KPI reports,
  • Tracking of shipments,
  • Entering import invoices into the project,
  • Creation of all customer order and invoice files,
  • Sap project tech operations and close operations, plan cost and analysis,
  • Opening a sales order/project from Lotus,
  • Opening Change Orders to an existing project.


Eligibility criteria

  • University degree ( to be an engineer will be preference),
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience about Customer Service Specialist,
  • Ability to use MS Office and SAP, LOTUS programs,
  • Good level of English,
  • Turkish knowledge is a must,
  • Good company representation ability.
