APCO Worldwide offers a job opportunity for the position of account manager, social media, who will mainly work to create appealing content for the company’s social media presence, including maintaining social media channels updated and brand-focused, and looking for new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing company social media content development for channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, and some other platforms.
- Engaging in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Creating content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
- Cover events.
- Work as part of a team to develop large social media strategies and campaigns.
- Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Manage social media communications.
- Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Prior experience in managing government social media accounts.
- Content writing skills.
- Graphic design skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Idea presentation skills and Digital Skills.
- Customer service skills.

- Must reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
