Duties & responsibilities
Manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives who contact emerging and high-growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and resolve issues.
Contribute to shaping the plan, strategy, and direction of the Growth and Accelerator Team for the European market.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the globe to drive commercial and operational excellence.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the team on a regular basis.
Identify performance gaps, formulate action plans to address them, and monitor execution.
Manage project sprints and ensure appropriate processes, plans, and executions are delivered.
Oversee the prioritization of daily tasks, monitor results, and track progress in internal systems.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university.
Minimum of 8 years of experience working in an operational or execution role.
Minimum of 4 years of senior supervisory or team management experience.
Proven track record in using data to drive teams and make decisions.
Intellectual curiosity with excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.
Excellent communication, presentation skills, and strong emotional intelligence.
Excellent language proficiency in English.
