Duties & responsibilities
As an Associate within the ACE Support team, you will be performing office administration tasks supporting the Regional Audit team which includes:
- Developing yourself personally, taking a keen interest in the services, and learning the skills needed to execute them to a high level of quality in an efficient way.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different countries in the region on standardized services to ensure they are being conducted in accordance with the user guide.
- Working with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives.
- Wider practice communication responsibilities that relate to the execution of the individual work request.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Diploma in Secretary, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or secretarial work.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written), which is a plus.
- Excellent IT skills in MS Office tools.
- Working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines a day while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different countries in the region on translation projects to ensure they meet the client’s expectations.
- Willingness to challenge the ‘norms’ and to create a cohesive and effective working team.
