Adidas is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as a Jr. Sales Associate - Marj AL-Hamam. You contribute to the store sales and adidas profit targets by:                                                                                                              

1. Passionately inspiring and serving and selling to our consumers
2. Diligently executing store operations
3. Contributing to a culture of consumer centricity within the store

1. Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
2. Be aware of store KPI's (key performance indicators) and contribute to store sales
3. Responsible for improving the consumer experience by executing the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards
4. Be a Brand advocate, consistently exhibiting the 3 Cs (Confidence, Collaboration and Creativity)
5. Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions
6. Communicate product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address consumer needs
7. Connect our Consumers to relevant digital & omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience
8. Be aware of all omnichannel related sales tools
9. Guide our Consumers through the digital touchpoints in the store
10. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
11. Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
12. Uses selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add-on sales and build customer loyalty
13. Minimize loss in the stockroom and the sales floor
14. Perform all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
15. Comply with all operational policies and procedures
16. Maintain an appealing, easy to shop environment, for Consumers by executing visual merchandising and house-keeping standards
17. Know the store KPIs and how you personally contribute to them
18. Plays a role in maximizing sales and minimizing loss
19. Keeps an up-to-date awareness of our competitors
20. Offers suggestions and ideas on how to improve operations and processes
21. Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members

• Retail Professional Competencies
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
2. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
