BeMo Academic Consulting is seeking a remote Admissions Committee Consultant. The company is an EdTech organization that helps students navigate higher education admissions to become world-class professionals. The consultant will join their team on an occasional basis to lend their expertise to the development of programs, content, and projects assisting students on their medical school and residency journeys.
Duties & responsibilities
Contribute to various occasional projects including content creation, updating, and editing.
Assist in program development and product development in areas related to the consultant's expertise.
Participate in webinars to guide and educate prospective students.
Collaborate and share ideas with a team of leading medical professionals.
Work independently and set their own hours while successfully delivering project results.
Eligibility criteria
Admissions committee experience within the department of medicine, dental, and/or law (Preference is given to those who are current or former deans/directors).
Must be physically located in the United States or Canada.
Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and participate in self-directed learning.
High tech-savviness and a distraction-free private room with a door, an ergonomic setup, and high-speed internet (minimum download speed of 40 Mbps).
Strong organizational, verbal, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Must not currently work for other test prep companies and should be seeking a long-term professional relationship.
