Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity in Egypt as a Government Relations Specialist.
Duties & responsibilities
- Follow all governmental documents related to the employees, and their dependents as per internal policy by obeying all local laws, rules and regulations.
- Working the governmental relations with all public sectors to ensure smooth approval process flow and support in special cases.
- Follow with governmental departments (Labor, Ministry of Interior etc.) efficiently to ensure expediting of formalities and document processing.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations relevant transactions and activities plus updating all internal processes/procedures immediately if there are any changes.
- Ensure proper & complete documentation of all required information/approvals.
- Maintain a reporting system regarding any violations / penalties through government agencies and develop a corrective action plan.
- Keep updated with all the latest developments from government agencies which might have an impact on business operations and inform relevant stakeholders.
- Receive all governmental relations requests and coordinate with the team to ensure timely processing.
- Make sure that all staff are medically covered and support them in case they have any issue.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 Year of experience at least.
- Government relations & procedures knowledge.
- V. Good communication skills.
- Excellent PC Skills & MS office.
- Very good command of English.
