Almarai is offering a job opportunity as an Organisation Development Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

 Directs Almarai Talent Management (TM) processes, supports the achievement of business priorities and strengths the talent and leadership pipeline through talent identification, development, and succession planning by developing the specific development initiatives and cooperation with best world executive education facilities.

• ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree psychology or sociology. Certification in psychometrics tests.
• NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalists with OD focus.
• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 8-12 years of overall experience out of which 5 years working as TM & OD Manager in multicultural) organisation.
• COMPETENCIES: Business awareness and cultural flexibility knowledge and skills. - People management skills. - Talent management skills. - Leadership skills. - Change management. - Effective communication (oral, written, presentations skills, and training) skills. - Influencing and interpersonal skills. - Effective planning and project management skills. - Coaching / mentoring skills. - Facilitation skills. - Result orientation. Personal Competencies: - Self-motivation. - Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. - Negotiating, influencing, and holding to account. - Pragmatic and solution oriented. - Ability to move between big pictures and details. Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge and theory and good practice in the following areas: - Organisation development particularly around talent management and succession planning. - L&D, particularly management development and talent management.
