Opportunity description

Majid Al Futtaim announces its need for an associate - Human Capital who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the payroll cycle for employees to ensure they are processed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with company and government policies.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Support projects related to process improvement, and standardization of payroll systems.
  • Capture all payroll transactions in the relevant system according to operational requirements.
  • Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
  • Implement action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations.
  • Stay abreast of latest developments in rules and regulations of wages and benefits which might have an impact on business operations.
  • Collecting data from Human Capital Business Partner, managing shortages, overseeing expenses, handling workflow, being responsible for financial settlement workflow tracking and working on monthly transactions.
  • Conduct studies to ensure employee remuneration is within the country’s salary and benefits scale.
  • Properly maintain and update database in a timely manner.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance.
  • 1-2 years' of related experience, experience in Human Resources field.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
