Opportunity description

PwC offers a full-time job opportunity to work as a content designer associate in Cairo and join its regional team which offers tailored solutions and international experience. It always helps its clients meet the challenges and opportunities of doing business in the Middle East market, and beyond.

Duties & responsibilities

Your job duties will include but will not be limited to:
  • Ensuring the professional quality of our materials, following content templates, adhering to brand guidelines, and producing high-quality deliverables with a consistent look and feel and formatting.
  • Formatting content provided by others (as agreed by project managers and SMEs regarding the quality of initial input and what is acceptable standards) in line with SLAs.
  • Visual or graphic design of content in PwC or client branding.
  • Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and videos to enhance the interactivity and engagement of training materials.
  • Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards.
  • Tailor content and apply instructional design methodologies with support from a senior content designer.
  • Conduct research and use PwC resources to support senior content designers in content development.
  • Producing content assets that are accurate, timely, high quality (based on insight and outputs of user testing, relevant to the audience, easily understood), and to style.
  • Managing relationships with subject matter experts to make sure content is accurate.
  • Engage with the freelance formatters, graphic design agency, brand team and marketing, and other contingent workers.
  • Monitoring the performance of content and tools and identifying ways to improve the content and the product.
  • Training others in how to apply brand guidelines and expected standards.
  • Adhering to compliance with the risk, quality, and independence matters.
  • Developing internal and external relationships and reflecting PwC values on your day-to-day work when working in diverse teams.
  • Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, and researching and identifying opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Engaging and dealing with diverse teams from the planning through the completion phase of the audit as well as closely following up on the progress of the requested tasks to ensure meeting the timeline and the firm’s internal KPI’s.
  • Commitment to continuous education and digital upskilling.
  • Performing other procedures as necessary to support the issuance of the assurance deliverables.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written), a plus.
  • Business development and client relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to challenge the ‘norms’ and to create a cohesive and effective working team.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of using technologies, and experience using Data Analytics tools, a plus.
  • Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
