The company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be excited to own their territory, discover the perfect buyer, craft engaging messaging, and build meaningful connections. This role is designed to ideally prepare the successful candidate to become a full-cycle Salesperson within the organization.
Duties & responsibilities
Booking meetings for the Field Sales Representative (FSR).
Qualifying leads to successfully turn them into active opportunities.
Generating outbound pipelines using various tools and crushing phone and email activity limits.
Researching prospective organizations that can benefit from cloud-based software solutions.
Identifying decision-makers within target organizations and keeping the database clean.
Working with Marketing and Channel teams on ad hoc projects.
Eligibility criteria
A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
Current residence in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) region.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work comfortably under limited supervision.
Solid problem-solving and effective research skills to find new prospects.
Tech-savvy nature, highly comfortable navigating new software and AI/LLM tools.
A positive, warm, and inviting attitude with a strong sense of urgency and receptiveness to coaching.
