Opportunity description

An exciting opportunity exists to join the regional Brand, Marketing & Eminence (BME) team at Deloitte. This role is pivotal in supporting Deloitte's business lines by delivering strategic brand, marketing, and eminence initiatives that drive growth, differentiation, and client engagement across the region. You will work closely with business teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs that align with Deloitte's purpose. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in elevating Deloitte's market presence and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand, marketing, and eminence strategies tailored to Deloitte's business lines to drive brand differentiation and client acquisition.

  • Collaborate with business teams to develop targeted marketing plans reflecting market trends and strategic priorities.

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns leveraging digital channels, social media, events, and thought leadership.

  • Develop and manage content that showcases Deloitte's expertise, insights, and client success stories.

  • Use data and market insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing activities, and inform decision-making.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets (digital content, videos, events).

  • Ensure marketing activities comply with Deloitte's brand guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is advantageous).

  • 5+ years of experience in brand or marketing, ideally within professional services, financial services, or consulting sectors (agency experience is a plus).

  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.

  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with advanced presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing technology platforms.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, project management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
