Duties & responsibilities
Team with others to produce high-quality deliverables that ensure a superior client experience.
Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data using standard processes and tools to support business solutions.
Conduct in-depth research and benchmarking analysis to provide insights on best practices.
Apply structured thinking and frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly.
Apply technology fundamentals to client situations (e.g., basic understanding of RPA, AI, Cloud, IoT).
Support the development and improvement of business processes.
Demonstrate personal accountability for keeping performance on track and own deliverables with minimum supervision.
Eligibility criteria
Must be a UAE National based in the United Arab Emirates.
Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant major (e.g., Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, Economics). An MBA or master's degree is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
Strong administrative and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyze complex data with great attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
