Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conceptual design and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs to ensure seamless resilience integration within organizations.
  • Partake in executional initiatives for business continuity and crisis management, bolstering operational resilience.
  • Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops with clients to prioritize recovery objectives and identify critical business functions.
  • Develop comprehensive continuity and recovery plans, including BCPs, CMPs, CCPs, and ITDRPs.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance awareness and preparedness for disruptions.
  • Support ISO 22301 compliance audits to assess program effectiveness and outline enhancement opportunities.
  • Administrate crisis simulation exercises to validate organizational response readiness.
  • Evaluate supply chain resilience, providing targeted recommendations to offset operational risks.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Design and develop business continuity management programs (BCP, CMP, CCP, ITDRP).
  • Support implementation teams in business continuity and crisis management initiatives.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and risk assessments.
  • Perform audits and evaluations according to ISO 22301 standards.
  • Facilitate crisis simulations and emergency exercises to test response and recovery capabilities.
  • Assess supply chain resilience and provide recommendations to mitigate operational risks.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BCM, resilience, or a related role.
  • Proficient in conducting BIA workshops.
  • Strong English communication skills.
