You must have:

• Minimum of 21 years of age at the time of application.
• Minimum height of 165cm (you will also need arms to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes).
• The ability to inspire the guests through innovative hospitality.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High school graduate (Grade 12).
• No visible tattoos while you’re in your Etihad cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings aren’t allowed).
• Be a positive, confident, flexible, and friendly person.
• Passion for travel and adventure.
• Can adapt to new people, new places, and new situations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
