Opportunity description

DHL offers a full-time job opportunity for the position of Collection Officer in Saudi Arabia. You will mainly work to provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for Credit and collections, account Receivable activities, and tasks to minimize outstanding and achieve compliance in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations, and compliance requirements. Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Collect, compile, and file required data for various collection activities.
Ensure compliance with OTC policy and credit management processes.
Act as a relationship builder across internal functions.
Support compliance to policies, procedures, and SOPs for OTC policy.
You will have to make use of appropriate usage of MA!N and timely resolution of all action items.
Timely follow-up with customers on aging debt and performing pre-emptive calls and escalating to tower lead where required, providing specific details to enable swift action to be taken.
Review customer accounts within the portfolio and proactively request credit limit amendments, top-up payments, and issue credit hold warnings.
Help to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers from a financial perspective.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

Min 1- 2 years of experience within the same field.
Superior MS Excel skills and solid accounting literacy.
Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude and service excellence.
