Duties & responsibilities
Manage a team of commercial account managers and executives focusing on emerging and high-growth supply partners.
Drive commercial and operational excellence by collaborating with internal stakeholders across the MEA region and globally.
Identify revenue growth opportunities and formulate strategic plans to resolve complex partner issues.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and systematically evaluate the commercial team's performance.
Identify performance gaps within the market and implement action plans to ensure commercial success.
Oversee the prioritization of daily tasks, manage project sprints, and track commercial targets in internal systems.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top university.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a strong background in commercial execution or business development.
Minimum of 4 years of senior supervisory or team management experience.
Proven track record in using data and analytics to drive commercial teams and make strategic decisions.
Intellectual curiosity with excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously under pressure in a highly competitive, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent communication, presentation skills, and strong emotional intelligence.
Excellent language proficiency in English.
