Aramex is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the construction, renovation, and expansion of their logistics facilities and warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Duties & responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects for Aramex facilities and hubs.
Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor construction progress and prepare regular technical and financial reports for senior management.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software and planning tools.
