Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Review health, safety and security measures and report areas of concern to the responsible Department Head.
- Oversee the quality of the store image in term of signage (Poster, Promotion, Pricing and Graphic Charts.
- Understand the market trends and provide suggestions for improvement of the internal decorating guidelines and standards.
- Maintain the brand image of MAF Retail in the store in terms of communication at store level (usage of the decoration guide and promotional kits sent by Head Office).
- Ensure the correct stock of decoration supplies is maintained.
- Ensure that season changes and events are implemented consistently as per timeline and decoration standards/guidelines.
- Assist in the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management .
- Provide inputs for the development of the annual manpower plan.

Eligibility criteria
