Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity in Head Office - Egypt as a Manager - Creative Design. The Creative Design Manager is responsible for managing creative components for the assigned country from design, production to execution. The role holder is responsible for developing in-store toolkits, conducting store audits, and ensuing marketing calendar implementation.
Duties & responsibilities
- Collaborate With The Corporate Head Office And Internal Stakeholders To Design And Execute Concepts, Guidelines In Various Creative Projects And Oversee Execution
- Ensure That The Designs Deliver A Consistent Look And Feel And Are In Line With The Set Brand Guidelines
- Roll Out Projects And Campaigns As Per The Marketing Calendar
- Conduct Regular Store Audits To Ensure That Branding Guidelines Are In Place
- Provide Feedback In A Timely Manner And Ensure That Adjustments Take Place
- Ensure Quality Of Produced Assets & Monitor In Store Production
- Assist With The Implementation Of The Performance Management Process By Setting Objectives, Monitoring Performance, And Provide Constructive Feedback And Provide Inputs To Senior Management
- Provide Mentorship For The Purpose Of Developing A Continuous Talent Pipeline For Key Roles
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’S Degree In Marketing ,Relevant, Fine Arts
- 8+ Years In A Similar Position
- 5+ Years Of Experience Working Within The Retail Industry
- Project Management
- Solid Background In Adobe Package
