Zain Jordan is looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation department on a one-year internship contract as part of the Zain Youth Program.
The intern will be responsible for analyzing business and sales requirements, developing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions, contributing to system integration, and optimizing the performance of current systems within a complex technical environment.

Duties & responsibilities
Analyze business and sales requirements, develop CRM solutions, test and integrate them into existing systems
Develop programs and integration processes for Business Support Systems and customer care platforms such as CRM, UNICAM, and CMS
Assist in implementing and maintaining relational database systems (RDBMS), and troubleshoot technical issues
Integrate the CRM system with internal and external systems (e.g., billing system, provisioning system, ERP, APIs, RPA tools, e-Shop)
Provide technical and programming support to other teams by generating database queries and developing APIs
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field
Strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills
Skills in data analysis, follow-up, and coordination
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Proficiency in C#.Net
Familiarity with React framework
Strong database query (SQL) skills
