Duties & responsibilities
- Ensure proficient up to date knowledge of Global Snow products, promotions and services.
- Perform suggestive selling and advise and assist customers with sales and bookings.
- Handle customer complaints and queries.
- Keep your workplace safe, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by your Manager.
- Protect their own health, safety, and wellbeing and anyone or anything that may be affected by their acts or omissions.
