It is recently seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to ensure the satisfaction and success of its pharmacy clients.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with clients to implement our digital solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to maximize the value of Aumet applications.
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize their use of the solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to address any concerns or challenges.
- Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet their requirements.
- Monitor client usage and success metrics.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Jordanian Nationality.
- Graduated from university in 2021, 2022, or 2023.
- Proven experience in customer support, a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Not registered in Social Security for the past 3 months consecutively.
