Opportunity description
Aramex offers a full-time job opportunity for the position of customs accounting officer. This position gives you a chance to join a world leader in comprehensive transport and delivery solutions for businesses and consumers.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Reconcile Customs GLs for both product Exp and Freight.
- Booking payment entries for customs.
- Booking AP entries for customs.
- Reconcile the AP customs account.
- Make clearing entries.
- Following on pending cases such as shipments paid not invoiced, duplicate payments, and variances.
- Following on not invoiced cases with the station and concerned team.
- made the final reconciliation after month closure and send the summary to management.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor of Accounting.
- Fresh graduate up to 1-year Experience.
- Excellent command in Microsoft office.
- Excellent command in English.
- Team Player.
