Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs to ensure organizational resilience.
- Participate in crisis management and operational resilience initiatives across teams and projects.
- Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops to identify critical business functionalities and establish recovery priorities.
- Develop recovery plans, including BCM Plans, Crisis Management, and IT Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Conduct staff training sessions to embed resilience awareness and responsibility levels across the organization.
- Assist with ISO 22301 audits to assess and enhance the effectiveness of client BCM frameworks.

Eligibility Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management or a related role.
- Collaboration skills with experience coordinating cross-functional resilience activities.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for operational resilience.
