Opportunity description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to work at the Souq Fann office for a period of one to two months. The tasks include entering product data, writing attractive descriptions based on product images, communicating with sellers when needed, and writing short bios about them. Accuracy, speed, and the ability to write engaging content are required.

Duties & responsibilities

Accurately and quickly enter product data into the designated system.
Review and proofread data to ensure it is error-free.
Upload product images and specifications.
Organize and archive data according to set standards.
Communicate with sellers when needed to complete or update product information.
Write a short bio or story about sellers or products when information is available.
Create attractive and accurate product descriptions based on images and available specifications.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all required product information is complete.
Meet daily data submission deadlines.

Eligibility criteria

High accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
Good skills in writing and crafting short marketing texts.
Ability to deduce product details from images and write them appropriately.
Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with others.
Fast learner with the ability to work with product management systems.
Availability to work from the office throughout the contract period.
