Deloitte is offering a job opportunity as a Business Analyst for Fresh Graduates (UAE Nationals Only) in UAE. 

• Team with others to produce high quality deliverables to ensure superior client experience
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
• Understand basic financial concepts and able to research and find financial and business performance information
• Conduct in depth research and benchmarking analysis to provide clients and team with insights on best practices and bring forward potential solutions
• Apply structured thinking and frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly to team members Find and leverage a diverse set of resources that can provide team with insights and potential solutions and share findings with others
• Present an approachable and professional style while engaging and communicating with others in an effort to build lasting relationships across clients and teams
• Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients
• Apply technology fundamentals to client situations and demonstrate basic understanding of new and emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”), Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), IoT, Blockchain and cloud
• Understand how a business operates and support in the development and/ or improvement of business processes

• Qualifications and Technical Capabilities

1. Based in the UAE – UAE National
2. Undergraduate degree
3. MBA or a relevant master’s degree or certificate is a plus
4. Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
5. Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
6. Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
7. Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
8. Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
10. Willingness to travel (required)
