Deloitte is offering a job opportunity in United Arab Emirates as a Manager in Corporate Finance - Government & Infrastructure.

1. Structuring and documenting project/programme business cases
2. Preparing analysis, including complex analysis and financial models, to support each stage of these projects/programmes
3. Setting commercial and financial strategies for renewable infrastructure assets and projects, including considering alternative commercial models including joint ventures
4. Developing and executing their procurement/transaction strategy
5. Supporting the financial management of existing clients
6. Advising governments on their sustainability policy and implementation strategy

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related field
2. A recognized accountancy or relevant financial qualification (preferrable but not essential)
3. A minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in financial consulting within the government, a private sector bidder or another advisory firm working on one or more of: PPP, project finance, outsourcing, or similar service contracts
4. Experience in a finance and/or commercial focused role within government, a private sector bidder or another advisory firm working on one or more of: PPP, project finance, infrastructure policy/strategy
5. Experience of sustainability strategy/policy and business models underpinning one or more of the following (desirable): electric vehicles (EVs), low carbon hydrogen, solar PV, wind, Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS), and the circular economy
6. An understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance principles and sustainable finance
7. Experience of working with financial models
8. Experience of business case and/or report writing (MS Word and Powerpoint)
9. Fluency in English
10. Fluency in Arabic (desirable)
11. Dedication to delivering quality results
12. Ability to multi-task and to operate in a high-pressure environment
13. A logical and methodical approach to problem solving, with an ability to think laterally
14. Good project management skills and an understanding of governance requirements and risks
15. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
