Duties & responsibilities
Vulnerability Scanning:
- Monitor, manage and prepare reports as part of operating the client’s vulnerability management program (assets to scan include on-prem., cloud, IT and OT).
- Optimize the vulnerability grouping and ticket assignment processes to align with the assets and application owners, ensuring efficient remediation workflows.
Patching and Remediation:
- Conduct regular health checks on client’s patch management solutions to ensure they are operating optimally and identify any potential issues.
- Support testing plans for remediations, including patches, updates, and configurations, in test and UAT environments before deployment to production.
Automation:
- Review the one-click patch option for asset owners and support the right workflows are triggered upon clicking.
- Operate remediation activities automation, utilizing self-remediation and one-click remediation solutions to enhance efficiency and speed of vulnerability resolution.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related Degree.
- Technical Certifications in toolkits Tenable Security Center, Nessus, Manage Engine, MECM, Microsoft Intune, Service Now, Qualys, and Ivanti patch management solutions is a plus.
- 3 – 6 years of experience mainly in working within IT Operations with Vulnerability Management toolkits.
- CISSP certification is a plus.
