Duties & responsibilities
Building and running always-on demand-generation and lead-generation programs across paid social, search, and retargeting.
Owning email marketing, including segmentation, automation flows, lifecycle campaigns, and performance optimization.
Developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) plays for priority accounts.
Analyzing funnel performance, attribution, and campaign ROI to make data-driven decisions.
Maintaining dashboards to track CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Owning all digital marketing reporting, including weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports.
Coordinating with sales teams to align campaigns with target profiles, messaging, and lead quality expectations.
Briefing and managing external agencies or freelancers when needed.
Continuously experimenting with new channels, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimizations.
Preparing monthly demand-generation plans tied to clear targets, budgets, and expected outcomes.
Eligibility criteria
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
Strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation.
Deeply data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights, identify patterns, and act fast.
Strong reporting skills, including dashboards, insights, and translating data into action.
Self-managed, organized, and effective in a remote work setup.
Fluent in English is a MUST.
