The company is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead for a rapidly growing B2B Fin-Tech organization that transforms expense management for businesses in Saudi Arabia. As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, they empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management. The successful candidate will own the company's digital growth engine, driving a measurable pipeline through smart demand generation, high-quality lead generation, and data-driven decision-making.  

Duties & responsibilities

  • Building and running always-on demand-generation and lead-generation programs across paid social, search, and retargeting.

  • Owning email marketing, including segmentation, automation flows, lifecycle campaigns, and performance optimization.

  • Developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) plays for priority accounts.

  • Analyzing funnel performance, attribution, and campaign ROI to make data-driven decisions.

  • Maintaining dashboards to track CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

  • Owning all digital marketing reporting, including weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports.

  • Coordinating with sales teams to align campaigns with target profiles, messaging, and lead quality expectations.

  • Briefing and managing external agencies or freelancers when needed.

  • Continuously experimenting with new channels, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimizations.

  • Preparing monthly demand-generation plans tied to clear targets, budgets, and expected outcomes.

Eligibility criteria

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech.

  • Strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation.

  • Deeply data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights, identify patterns, and act fast.

  • Strong reporting skills, including dashboards, insights, and translating data into action.

  • Self-managed, organized, and effective in a remote work setup.

  • Fluent in English is a MUST.
