Baker Hughes is offering a job opportunity in Saudi Arabia as a Drilling Services Application Engineer. As a Drilling Services Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process. Working with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the client.

1. As a Drilling Services Application Engineer, you will ensure Baker Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, Job execution and post-job analysis. As an Applications Engineer - Drilling Services , you will be responsible for:
2. Working with assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to understand the client's well construction or production objectives as well as the commercial terms for Baker Hughes(i.e. outcome based contract, line item contract)
3. Performing offset/similar job analysis to understand application hazards and incident potential
4. Designing a Job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective and maximize revenue potential and future job assignments for Baker Hughes.
5. Working with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to ensure any risk of meeting the client's objective is communicated to the client using the appropriate channels
6. Comparing job as-planned versus job as-executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement
7. Participating in incident investigation when required, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation and execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions.

1. To be successful in this role you will:
2. Have a Bachelor's in Engineering.
3. Have 8+ year of experience in application engineering in Drilling Services
4. Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
5. Have problem-solving, process improvement, analytical and leadership skills.
