Duties & responsibilities
The crew member delivers world-class hospitality and customer service to guests throughout the flight.
The individual ensures the highest standards of safety and security are maintained on board at all times.
The position involves handling in-flight scenarios efficiently, including medical first aid and emergency procedures.
The cabin crew member acts as a brand ambassador, reflecting Etihad's signature service and professional image.
The role requires working irregular hours on a roster system, adapting to various time zones and cultures.
The candidate supports the onboard team to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Eligibility criteria
Minimum 21 years of age at the time of application.
Minimum height of 161 cm (to ensure safety equipment reach).
High School graduate (Grade 12) or higher education.
Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered a benefit.
No visible tattoos or piercings while in the Etihad uniform (cosmetic coverings are not permitted).
Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions.
