Aramex offers ajob opportunity for the position of facilities team leader in Eygpt and sharing Aramex in transforming the face of trade, expanding its operations rapidly to better connect businesses and consumers worldwide.
Duties & responsibilities
- Identifying the root causes of problems and providing quick and reliable solutions.
- Implement Aramex standards and focus on preventive maintenance to ensure a high level of equipment availability.
- Developing the annual technical training plan for the team.
- Handle daily activities, meet deadlines, and develop plans to achieve the department’s goals.
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the whole system according to the department plan.
- Creating a weekly report for all maintenance expenses to control the running cost.
- Managing spare parts stock and checking it weekly then sending any required items.
- Managing & evaluating the monthly performance of the team.
- Ensure in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping of activities performed.
- Developing and designing solutions to difficult problems, managing outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies.
- Ensuring that all safety instructions and procedures are followed, developing, and maintaining preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Educational background (Electrical, Mechatronics) Engineer or Engineering High Institute.
- Good communication skills “In English and Arabic “.
- 5 years experience in dealing with MEP systems with at least 1 year of experience in the electronics and control field.
- Good knowledge of dealing with FM systems “CAFM “systems.
- Good knowledge of industrial equipment “Electrical Forklifts, Conveyors, Industrial Elevators, packing machines”.
- Experience of using MS Office program.
- Experience in managing vendors.
- Ability to manage the technical team.
- Knowledge of Safety rules in technical services.
- Able to work under pressure in a cross-functional organization.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to read technical drawings and manuals.
Please note:
- Working days: 5 days/week.
- Working Location: 6th of October - Industrial Zone.
