Opportunity description
Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire Facility Capital Projects Engineer with a focus on Architecture to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Autodesk Revit architecture software, excels in creating detailed drawings and BoQs, and has a flair for interior and exterior 3D designs. You will play a crucial role in managing architectural projects across Iraq, ensuring they are executed seamlessly, meeting deadlines, and adhering to quality standards.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Utilize Autodesk Revit to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D designs, and BoQs.
- Generate interior and exterior design concepts aligned with project requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to gather information for as-built drawings.
- Prepare seating drawings, work progress reports, and conduct architectural and branding work inspections.
- Utilize expertise to measure quantities and create accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets.
- Conduct email correspondence in English, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage minor projects and tasks throughout Iraq, overseeing vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure project goals align with organizational objectives and standards.
- Pursue certification as a Project Manager through PMI.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit architecture software.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating BoQs, architectural drawings, and 3D designs.
- Strong knowledge of site surveys, as-built drawings, and architectural inspections.
- Ability to manage projects and tasks across Iraq, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
