Duties & responsibilities
Lead and inspire the cabin crew team to maintain high service standards.
Epitomize the airline's hospitality and safety culture on every flight.
Handle guest concerns with grace, professionalism, and quick resolution.
Coordinate with the ground and flight crew for a seamless passenger journey.
Eligibility criteria
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a flying role, including onboard leadership.
High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
Proven ability to lead teams and remain calm under operational pressure.
