We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building high-performance, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications using modern technologies such as Next.js, React, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CMS frameworks.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to deliver innovative and reliable web solutions aligned with business goals. The role requires deep technical expertise, leadership qualities, and passion for modern web development.
Duties & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js and React
Manage MongoDB and NoSQL databases, ensuring scalability and efficiency
Implement and optimize deployment workflows using platforms such as Vercel and Netlify
Define and enforce Git best practices, including branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows (GitHub, GitLab)
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues effectively
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
Collaborate with designers and product managers to define and refine features
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in Full Stack Development
Eligibility criteria
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
Strong expertise in Next.js and React
Proficiency in TypeScript for scalable applications
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Experience with CMS frameworks (e.g., Contentful, Strapi)
Experience with deployment platforms and environment management (Vercel, Netlify)
Experience using Git for version control, CI/CD, and team collaboration
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with serverless architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD
Understanding of SEO best practices in web development
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
