Novartis is offering a job opportunity in Egypt as a Market Access Manager. Novartis’ purpose is to use innovative science and technology to address some of society's most challenging healthcare issues.
Duties & responsibilities
- Leads the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at a local level.
- Collects and analyzes data to generate insights for Patient Access submissions that jointly create value for customers, patients and Sandoz.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive and P&R environment to provide early relevant input into local product development decisions.
- Provides analytical rationale for Business Cases.
- Maintain and update all relevant P&R tools and systems.
- Create insightful reports that translate the outputs of analysis of relevant data and reimbursement strategy of Sandoz and competitor products into impactful business recommendations.
- Build and leverage strong networks and relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders and individual and institutional key decision makers, to optimize the positioning and messaging of Sandoz products and facilitate the cocreation of value propositions with customers.
- Leads the local input to both global and local.
- Adapt Global Healthcare Economics models to accurately reflect local environments
- Develop digital Health Economic and brands value propositions material and ensure KAM training and implementation.

Eligibility criteria
- Medical background (Pharmacists/Physician/Veterinarian).
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including more than 2 years in management positions.
- Sales Achievement for those with sales experience.
- Proven track record of strong Performance.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to support (& understand from commercial point of view) tender/deal with the region.
