DELL offers ajobopportunity, it invites you to join the company as a Graduate Inside Sales Associate on our Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA) team in Sydney, Australia to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. Over the course of two to three years, you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Anyone who joins the organization starts as an Associate Inside Sales Representative (AISR) where you will receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and sales qualifications and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers and create demand in unpenetrated areas of large Tier 1, public sector, and medium business accounts.
- Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives (AEs).
- Develop an Account Management Skill Set, by offloading critical tasks from the AEs.
- Daily tasks which will include prospecting, asset management, contact acquisition, and meeting activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments, and opportunities identified.
- Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and issue resolution and help to drive the expansion of Dell Technologies’ footprint, and provide an improved customer experience by offering immediate response and feedback.
- Complete the development curriculum to demonstrate core strengths needed to progress to the Inside Sales (IS) role.
- You will be in that role anywhere from 12 to 18 months, depending on how you perform, and then you will have the opportunity to advance to become an Inside Sales Representative (ISR).
- As Dell is committed to hybrid work, you will be required to go into the Chatswood office 2-3 days per week.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Graduated from a Business/IT related Bachelor’s degree within 12 months of start date (Feb 2024).
- 1-3 years related experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Full working rights in Australia and/or at least 2 years left on Visa from Feb 2024 start date.
- Previous experience in IT Sales, a plus.
