The company is looking for a Growth Manager to drive user and trading growth for Aster, a next-generation decentralized perpetual exchange. This role focuses on growth strategy, referral and affiliate expansion, and data-driven experiments. The successful candidate will work closely with product, business development, and marketing teams to scale user acquisition and trading activity in a fast-moving crypto environment.
Duties & responsibilities
Develops and executes growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volume.
Identifies scalable growth channels including referrals, affiliates, partners, and trading communities.
Builds and manages the referral and affiliate ecosystem.
Identifies and onboards partners, trading communities, brokers, and KOL-driven networks.
Designs incentive mechanisms that align partner growth with platform trading activity.
Plans and executes growth campaigns and trading incentive programs from concept to optimization.
Analyzes internal data and growth funnels to design and run experiments for acquisition and activation.
Collaborates cross-functionally with product, BD, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
Eligibility criteria
3 to 6+ years of experience in growth, business development, or user growth roles.
Experience in crypto, DeFi, trading platforms, or fintech.
Strong understanding of referral systems, affiliate programs, and incentive mechanisms.
Strong data awareness and ability to interpret growth metrics and dashboards.
Proven ability to drive measurable user or trading growth.
Highly execution-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have: Experience working with trading communities, DEX / DeFi ecosystems, and launching trading competitions.
