The company is seeking a remote Growth Marketing Manager to own the consumer acquisition machine across paid social, Google Ads, landing pages, retargeting, content, and conversion funnels. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced environment to help build the next global flexible-living brand, focusing heavily on performance, creativity, and rapid experimentation.
Duties & responsibilities
Owning and optimizing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Building high-performing acquisition funnels for bookings and leads while testing creatives, audiences, and messaging.
Building and optimizing landing pages for booking conversion and running A/B tests on CTAs, layouts, and copy.
Developing engaging social content and collaborating with creators to produce user-generated content (UGC) ads.
Tracking performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention.
Launching weekly experiments across channels and using data to shape decisions, budgets, and growth direction.
Eligibility criteria
1 to 5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition.
Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads with measurable results.
Strong understanding of D2C funnels, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
An analytical mindset combined with creative instinct to read data and craft compelling stories.
Experience with digital tools like GA4, Webflow, Hotjar, HubSpot, or TikTok Ads Manager.
Excellent copywriting and content sense.
