The company is seeking a commercially mature, systems-driven Head of Growth to architect and scale a unified Growth Operating System across all markets. This strategic role is responsible for end-to-end growth performance, owning performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, SEO, CRO, and building a dedicated growth analytics function. The Head of Growth will transition the organization to an incrementality-driven, commercially disciplined growth engine grounded in contribution margin, payback modeling, and long-term value creation.
Duties & responsibilities
Redefines and standardizes CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin frameworks across all regions.
Owns and leads central performance marketing resources and standardizes paid media frameworks and testing structures.
Evolves CRM into a full lifecycle marketing engine and builds retention modeling frameworks.
Owns landing page experimentation, funnel optimization, and systematic CVR improvement.
Hires and leads a growth analytics team to build incrementality measurement frameworks.
Operates in a matrix structure with country General Managers and Demand Leads.
Replaces vanity metrics in reporting with economic leading metrics.
Partners with Finance to ensure growth investments meet capital allocation standards.
Eligibility criteria
8 to 12+ years in growth leadership roles.
Direct subscription DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) experience is mandatory.
Experience operating at a $100M+ revenue scale and managing $10M+ annual marketing budgets.
Proven experience implementing incrementality testing and building growth analytics capabilities.
Commercial fluency in contribution margin, payback modeling, and budget allocation.
Multi-region centralized growth structure experience is highly preferred.
Experience preparing or implementing MMM (Media Mix Modeling) in mature markets is a plus.
AI fluency in creative acceleration and experimentation tooling is preferred.
