The company is seeking a Head of Organic Growth to drive organic acquisition and conversion for Revolut Business globally. As a member of the management team, the successful candidate will own the strategy and execution for organic funnel performance, ensuring the business is discoverable, accurately described, and competitively positioned. The role offers the flexibility to work from home, the office, or abroad across multiple global locations.
Duties & responsibilities
The Head of Organic Growth recruits, coaches, and develops a dedicated team, managing freelancers where necessary.
The role involves running weekly operating routines, including performance reviews, content pipelines, and technical SEO backlogs.
The candidate monitors and optimizes visibility in LLM answers or AI search results to identify coverage gaps and create authoritative sources.
They partner with Web and Engineering teams to ship critical technical SEO improvements.
The position requires driving content planning and production for funnel pages, landing pages, and comparison use-cases to maintain high conversion intent.
The leader oversees link acquisition initiatives to build domain authority and rankings, while also setting up measurement and attribution views.
Eligibility criteria
8+ years of organic growth or SEO experience in high-growth environments, such as SaaS or fintech.
A proven track record of scaling organic acquisitions with total ownership of business outcomes.
Deep expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page, technical SEO, and link building.
The ability to collaborate effectively with engineers to ship technical changes.
A highly data-driven mindset, comfortable with complex attribution and tooling discussions.
