Duties & responsibilities
Assist in the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for employees in the region.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high confidentiality.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding operations for all regional employees.
Support the HR team with benefits administration and effectively answer employee queries regarding payroll and policies.
Ensure all HR operations and payroll activities strictly comply with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
Prepare regular HR and payroll summary reports for management review.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of proven experience in HR operations and payroll administration.
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and payroll compliance standards.
High level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
